The clone 'Frosch's Queen of the Mist' was developed over the course of eight years in the laboratory from a selected premium plant of Cypripedium Ventricosum Pastel. Its striking flower coloration is best shown off against a dark background.

'Frosch's Queen of the Mist' is a robust garden orchid coping well with unfavourable weather conditions. The sturdy stems and leaves can even withstand heavy wind and rain.
